The basic working principle of the
linear screening machine is that horizontal vibration motors are installed on both sides of the screening machine. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting forces generated by the eccentric blocks offset each other in the direction parallel to the motor shaft, and are superposed in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, so the motion track of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have a tilt angle in the vertical direction. Under the excitation force and self weight of materials, materials jump or move forward in a straight line on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading materials.
