The movable screw conveyor is equipped with universal wheels under the equipment, which can move freely and can continuously transport at any position, including horizontal, inclined, and vertical. The screw shaft is connected to the suspension bearing, head, and tail shafts using an embedded tongue type, which eliminates the need for axial movement during installation and disassembly, making maintenance convenient. Long core shaft, less hanging, and fewer fault points. 2. Adopting a variable diameter structure to increase the volume of the suspension bearing and avoid contact between the suspension bearing and materials, the service life of the suspension bearing can reach more than two years. 3. Each transmission part adopts a floating connection method, and the suspension bearing is a universal joint structure, which forms an integral rotating floating body with the spiral body, suspension bearing, and tail assembly. Within a certain range, it can rotate freely with the conveying resistance to avoid material jamming and blockage. 4. The head and tail bearing seats are all located outside the shell, and all bearings adopt multi-layer sealing and matching sealing technology, resulting in a long service life of the bearings.
