Description

Z-type bucket elevator , which integrates horizontal transportation and lifting of materials. One machine can replace the traditional three equipments of horizontal transportation + lifting + horizontal conveyor.
The Z-type bucket elevator can automatically unload materials at a single point or multiple points, and the entire process of feeding, conveying and unloading can reduce damage to materials and improve the yield rate. It can be designed according to the customer's site, with a horizontal height of 1.2 meters to 40 meters and a vertical height of 1.5 meters to 30 meters to meet the needs of different places.
Working principle of Z-type bucket elevator:
After the Z-type bucket elevator is started, the reduction motor drives the two sprockets to move synchronously through the bearings, so that the two chains meshed with them move synchronously on the closed track. When the material is transported to the feeder, it slides into the horizontally forward hopper, and then the brush of the feeder brushes the excess material in the hopper into the next hopper. Since the material slides into the hopper, it reduces To avoid the crushing phenomenon of materials. In this way, the hopper between the two chains moves continuously on its closed track through the synchronous movement of the two chains. Under the action of the turning wheel, the hopper turns over, and the materials in the hopper fall from the discharge port of the elevator into the temporary storage bin of the matching equipment.
